The role of Registered Staff Nurse is to work alongside other registered nurses and care assistants at the Clients locations providing quality care to all patients and their families, reporting to the Client and ensuring the safety of the patient at all times. Other responsibilities include: to liaise effectively with other healthcare professionals and significant others involved in the patients care, ensure an integrated pattern of service delivery, check in and administer medication, observe and report any changes in the patient’s condition and enter any relevant information in the patients records.

Healthcare Assistants are the heart of all nursing teams! Healthcare Assistant's job includes assisting the clients with personal care, meals and drinks, mobility and other daily living activities as per person centred care plans.

The Candidate will be taking on a visible leadership role and will be responsible for maintaining quality standards and ensuring health and safety compliance is meeting national minimum standards of care issued by relevant regulatory bodies in a Client’s care setting.

Also ensuring the delivery of safe, personalised care services to each individual service user through assessment, person centred care planning and regular outcome focussed reviews of services, effective and efficient service delivery based on clear monitoring procedures and processes in place to ensure standards are continually met, well balanced budgets management and the financial efficiency of the care setting, any regulatory activity, such as personal care and administering medicines, is delivered within regulations, smooth management of the appropriate number of suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff on duty at all times, staff are trained for their roles and responsibilities and have access to appropriate training and learning opportunities, liaise with and maintaining partnerships with local authority and other local community organisations, communication and providing information, advice and support to residents' families.
